Kenneth is a former Judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (April 2013–July 2014), Federal Magistrate (2000–2013), Acting Judge of the District Court of NSW (1998–2000) and a judicial member of the NSW Equal Opportunity Tribunal from 1997-2000.
He is also an Adjunct Professor at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, USA, and a tutor and Academic and Practice student mentor at the Australian Catholic University’s Faculty of Law.

Before his appointment to the bench, Kenneth was a senior litigation and insolvency partner at Blake Dawson (now known as Ashurst), and prior to that, at Rosenblum & Partners and Holman Webb.
Kenneth’s expertise in commercial litigation spans banking, construction, insolvency, insurance, partnerships and joint ventures, shipping, takeovers and mergers, taxation, trade practices and representation at tribunals of inquiry.
